Description

This delicious cinnamon roll casserole is a perfect treat for brunch or dessert. It’s easy to make and sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • 2 packages cinnamon rolls
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsps. melted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Coat the casserole with butter and heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange the cinnamon rolls with space between each roll.
  3. Pour the heavy cream over the cinnamon rolls, filling in the gaps between the rolls.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, stir melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
  5. Drizzle the butter-sugar mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
  6. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cinnamon rolls, if desired. Serve warm.
