Description
A creamy and flavorful tahini dressing that can be used on salads, grains, or as a dip.
Ingredients
Scale
- ¼ cup tahini
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice (~1 large lemon)
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ¼–⅓ cup water (more as needed to thin it out)
Instructions
- Option 1: Add all the dressing ingredients to a food processor and blend for 30 seconds-1 minute until smooth. Add more water to thin it out as needed.
- Option 2: Finely mince or grate the garlic. Then add all the dressing ingredients to a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until emulsified or use an immersion blender to smooth it out. Add more water to thin it out to your desired consistency.
Notes
- Store any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- This dressing can also be used as a dip for fresh vegetables or as a spread on sandwiches.
