A rich and creamy Oreo cheesecake that is sure to impress!

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz (2 packages) full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos and melted butter until moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently to avoid overmixing.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
Notes
- For best results, let the cheesecake chill overnight before serving.
- Top with whipped cream or additional crushed Oreos for extra flavor.
