Description

A rich and creamy Oreo cheesecake that is sure to impress!


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz (2 packages) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos and melted butter until moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently to avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.

  • For best results, let the cheesecake chill overnight before serving.
  • Top with whipped cream or additional crushed Oreos for extra flavor.
