- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Enhances overall flavor.)
Instructions
- Prepare your 8×8 inch pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the peanut butter and chocolate together using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Combine the rolled oats with the melted mixture, stirring until coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, compacting it evenly.
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Slice the firm bars using the parchment paper to lift them out.
