A delicious brownie cheesecake that combines rich brownies with creamy cheesecake, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required for mix, typically 1/2 cup oil, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons water)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
- 6 maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour into the pan and bake for 20 minutes or until set. Let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until creamy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie layer and smooth the top.
- Reduce oven to 325°F (160°C) and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely at room temperature. Then chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with hot fudge sauce.
- Pipe or spoon whipped cream on top, then sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
- Garnish each slice with a maraschino cherry and serve chilled.

- For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight before serving.
