Description

This delicious Apple Cinnamon Bread is perfect for breakfast or as a snack. It’s moist, flavorful, and packed with apple goodness!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups diced apples (preferably Granny Smith)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the diced apples and nuts if using.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
