Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs.
  3. In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the chicken, then add garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
