- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat; drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the drained sauerkraut, cooked white rice, and condensed cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture evenly to the greased baking dish.
- Top generously with shredded Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbly.
