Description
A delicious oven-baked shrimp dish with corn and red potatoes, seasoned with Old Bay.
Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp (deveined)
- 1 pound red potatoes (halved)
- 3 ears fresh corn (cut into thirds)
- 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss potatoes and corn with olive oil and half of the Old Bay seasoning until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes and corn on one side of a large baking sheet.
- In the same bowl, toss shrimp with remaining olive oil and Old Bay seasoning; arrange on the other side of the pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Squeeze lemon juice over everything before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more Old Bay seasoning or a dash of cayenne pepper.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
