Description

A delicious oven-baked shrimp dish with corn and red potatoes, seasoned with Old Bay.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large shrimp (deveined)
  • 1 pound red potatoes (halved)
  • 3 ears fresh corn (cut into thirds)
  • 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss potatoes and corn with olive oil and half of the Old Bay seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes and corn on one side of a large baking sheet.
  4. In the same bowl, toss shrimp with remaining olive oil and Old Bay seasoning; arrange on the other side of the pan.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over everything before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add more Old Bay seasoning or a dash of cayenne pepper.
  • This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
