Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (canola or grapeseed)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare your ingredients: Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts.

Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Sear the chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Add sauce back in: Pour the reserved marinade over the seared chicken and let simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.

Garnish and serve: Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve hot with rice or noodles.
