A delicious and quick stir-fried dish featuring vibrant cabbage and carrots, topped with fresh green onions.
Ingredients

- 1 head (approx. 900g / 2 lbs) green cabbage, shredded
- 2 large (approx. 250g / 8 oz) carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15ml) sesame oil
- 1 tsp (5g) ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and julienned carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender-crisp and vibrant in color.
- Pour soy sauce over the vegetables and toss vigorously to coat everything evenly. Remove from heat immediately.
- Garnish with freshly sliced green onions before serving. A sprinkle of sesame seeds can be added for extra crunch.
