Description

This delicious blackened chicken fettuccine is rich and creamy, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
  • 12 ounces fettuccine or linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and coat generously with blackening seasoning.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Cook seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through (165°F).
  3. In another saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream.
  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and mix it into the sauce along with cooked pasta until well-coated.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
