A delicious and easy treat made with mini pretzel twists coated in a buttery toffee mixture.

- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add mini pretzels to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Let the mixture come to a bubble and cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla and baking soda until combined.
- Immediately pour the toffee mixture over the pretzels and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the coated pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent clumps.
- Let cool completely, then break apart and store in an airtight container.
