Description
A deliciously creamy dressing made with Greek yogurt and lime, perfect for salads or as a dip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 small lime, juice and zest of (~2 Tbsp lime juice + zest)
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt (more to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper (more to taste)
- 1–3 Tbsp water (as needed to thin it out)
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Hint: if you prefer a creamier dressing, add the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend for about 30 seconds-1 minute.
