- 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove outer leaves of the cabbage and slice the rest into thin, even strips.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cabbage, olive oil, turmeric, cumin seeds, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Toss well until every piece is coated.
- Spread cabbage evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the edges are golden and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
