Description
A delicious, savory-sweet salmon dish that features a citrus glaze and roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 filets Salmon (Choose skin-on fillets for best flavor and presentation.)
- 2 tablespoons Honey (Natural sweetener for glaze; can substitute with maple syrup or agave nectar.)

- 1/4 cup Orange Juice (Freshly squeezed enhances the dish.)
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (Fresh is key for brightness.)
- 1 bulb Fennel (Provides a crunchy texture; bok choy or celery make good substitutes.)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme (Enhances earthy notes; can use dried thyme (½ – ¾ tsp).)

- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder (Infuses warmth.)
