A creamy and cheesy spread that pairs perfectly with Triscuit crackers. Perfect for parties and gatherings!

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced, dried onion
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 32 Triscuit crackers
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the mayo, parmesan, sour cream, dried onion, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
- Set an oven rack to the upper position and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Spread a layer of the cheese mixture onto 1/3 of the crackers, completely covering the tops of the crackers, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Broil until bubbly and brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Let cool for a few short minutes, then serve warm. Repeat as needed. Extra spread can be covered and refrigerated. Use within 3 days.
Notes
- This spread can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Tabasco sauce.
