Delicious no-bake energy balls made with whole grain rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, and a hint of chocolate.
Ingredients

- 3 cups whole grain rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand until well combined.
- Use a 1 inch cookie scoop to portion dough.
- Roll with clean hands to form a dough ball.
- Place each ball in a large storage container.
- Seal with a lid and store in the fridge.
