- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce (fresh)
- 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup Croutons or Crispy Jalapeño Pieces
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 large Wraps or Tortillas (whole wheat, spinach, or classic white)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and chop the cooked chicken and romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken Caesar filling onto the center, leaving space around the edges. Fold the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
- Slice the wrap in half diagonally and arrange on a plate. Serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side if desired.
